Former Gilbridge Police Station which has stood empty since 2015, will be turned into a stylish new office block called The Yard. North East Developer Henro is working with Sunderland based Brims Construction to transform the building into stylish office blocks. Providing smaller offices to growing business with facilities such as fitness space, open business lounge and bookable meeting rooms.
John Watson is supplying Brims Construction with a mixture of paint grade and Formica laminate doorsets as well as fire rated glazed timber screens.
